(Roasted Lamb) |

Ingredients (makes 8-10 servings):
- One Leg of Lamb (3lbs)
- 1/2 cup il Monello
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- fresh rosemary
- three cloves of garlic
- salt
- ground black pepper
- few drops of wine vinegar

Preparation
Marinate the leg with olive oil add the
herbs and garlic and tie them around the leg.
Prepare a baking pan, add some of the herbs, place
the lamb in the pan and and sprinkle some salt
on it. Cook for about half hour at 350° F.
Turn the lamb, add the salt on this side now and
add once or twice sprinkle on a few drops of wine
vinegar.
Let it cook for about 20 minute more, increase
temperature to 400° F.
Remove from oven and serve on a large platter
with lemon.
