Monini "Monello" Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from the very first harvest of the annual crop and is bottled in November. Available on the market from November till the very first months of the year. 
It does not undergo any filtration and is ideal for seasonal winter cuisine.




Fragrance: of green tomatoes, typical of certain areas (Sicily), fruity, fresh, grassy

Flavour:
slightly bitter and pungent

Density:
medium bodied

Color:
green with golden yellow hues

Acidity:
0.4% less than half of the maximum allowed by law ((0.8%)
