Ingredients (makes 4 servings):
- 10 oz fillets of Cernia or Grouper
- 4 TBSP Monini Extra Virgin Olive Oil Lemon Flavored
- 2 TBSP all-purpose flour
- Salt
- Sage
- Thyme or Mint fresh leaves
Preparation
Wash the fillets and dry
them.
Spread the flour on a flat surface and coat the fillets completely.
Pour the Lemon Flavored Oil and the sage in a skillet over
low heat, after 2 minutes add the fillets.
Cook until the fillets start to make a nice light brown crust
(approximately 7-9 minutes).
Add salt to taste.
Before serving , to obtain a more intensive flavor, drizzle
the fish with more Lemon Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Guarnish with the mint or thyme leaves. Serve hot .
