Monini
invited its customers and brokers for an evening of cooking,
fun and entertainment during the Fancy Food Show in New York
City.
The talented Chef Micol Negrin developed a special
menu for the evening using each one of the 4 D.O.P. (Regional)
Extra Virgin Olive Oils that Monini produces and markets in
the US.
Every dish, including dessert, was prepared with one of the
D.O.P. oils, highlighting each individual characteristics and
aroma to best match the ingredients of the dish.
