NEW HAVEN, Conn., August 18-26, 2006
As during these last few years, the health
benefits of Extra Virgin Olive Oil are
underscored by Monini’s sponsorship
of the athletic event: Monini North America,
will be among the sponsors of the 2006
Pilot Pen Tennis tournament.
By special arrangement, Monini Extra Virgin
Olive Oil also will be served to the participating
athletes during the weeklong tournament.

PilotPen Participation
This internationally recognized tournament
is played at the Connecticut Tennis Center
at Yale University and is the preceding
WTA tournament to the US Open. It has
been one of the major stops on the worldwide
WTA tour since 1988. Past champions include
Steffi Graf, Monica Seles, Martina Navratilova,
Lindsay Davenport, and Venus Williams.
The tournament begins August 18 with a
qualifying draw including 50 athletes
and ends on August 26.

a fashion show featuring the latest styles
by The Shops at Mohegan Sun Fashion Show.
Tickets include a VIP seat for the Fashion
Show, a goody bag (valued at over $250)
and a box seat for the evening’s
semi-final matches, all for $105. General
viewing of the Fashion Show in the picnic
area will be available for Session 11
ticket holders.
