Meet the Italian Chefs coming from Spoleto.

The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia in collaboration with Tema Consulting LLC, invites tour operators in the area to a presentation by ConSpoleto Consortium titled, “The Umbria Region and Tourist Packages for the 2005-2006 Season.”

The featured speaker will be Mr. Ettore Bellucci, representative of the ConSpoleto Consortium and “Il senso del gusto“ Society. The event will be held February 28, 2005 at the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, 200 South Broad Street, Suite 700 (7th Floor) Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from 2-4 pm.

Also, in connection with this presentation there will be two evening events February 27th and February 28th, respectively, at La Famiglia and Le Castagne restaurants in Philadelphia, during which attendees will be able to taste typical culinary specialties of the Umbria Region.
