Ingredients
(makes 12 servings):
- 2 Trout, 14 oz (0.88LB) each
- plain breadcrumbs
- 2 gloves of garlic
- 6 tablespoons Monini Extra Virgin
Olive Oil
- 1 bunch Italian Parsley
- 1 branch rosemary
- salt
- 1 lemon

Preparation
Prepare the breadcrumbs, add finely chopped
garlic, parsley and rosemary. Add the 3 tbsp of
oil, salt and the squeeze of lemon juice.
Prepare the trout: clean the inside, wash, dry
and salt. Fill the trout with most of the mixture.
Arrange on a plate. Sprinkle the remaining mixture
over the trout with your hands.
Arrange on the barbecue above the coals or in
the oven. In a bowl put 3 tablespoon of Extra
Virgin Olive Oil, a clove of garlic, pepper. Brush
the trout with the mixture while cooking.
TIP: It is important to place
the trout on a hot grill, otherwise the skin will
stick to the grill.
