November 15th,
“Italian Culinary Institute”,
New York, publisher of the magazine of
Italian cooking that is the most read
in the United States, “La Cucina
Italiana”: conference with cooking
demonstration and gala dinner for journalists
of the gastronomic sector such as Bon
Appetit, Food Art, Gourmet, Sur la Table
etc. and tourist tour operators such as
Tauck Tour, Central Holidays, Epiculinary,
Visit Italy Tour, Gourmet Gateways, AHI
etc.
November 17th, “
Johnson and Wales University”,
Providence, Rhode Island, the most antique
and prestigious University of the East
Coast, specialised in the high culinary
training: seminary of presentation of
the international agreement for the professional
training and of the 1° Summer Campus
that will take place in Orvieto in July
2006, organised by ourselves and with
the collaboration of the Institute of
Culinary Art “Marchesa Adele Viti”,
dinner of gala in the University headquarters
at the end of the evening.
November
19th, “Celebrity
Chef Series”, at the “Bedford
Inn”, Bedford, New Hampshire,
last dinner of the series of dinners of
gala with the best chef of America in
the most famous 5 stars resort of the
East Coast, that will also host among
the attendees the President George W.
Bush, Chef Lorenzo Polegri will create
a spectacular menu for 150 VIP guests.
November 21st, “
The Art Institute of Charlotte
”, the first of the twenty institutes
of culinary art of the group “Art
Institutes of America” will come
to our city for professional cooking courses
on the dishes of the territory: meeting
in New York with the Director of the culinary
program, Chef Joe Bonaparte, to settle
the international agreement forecasting
the “Spring Campus” in our
structure in March 2005.
November 22nd, “
The James Beard House”
, James Beard Foundation, New York, N.Y.,
at the end of the culinary tour dinner
of gala in the buildings of the most famous
culinary institution and the highest and
authentic authority of the culinary sector
in America. Chef Polegri and the Zeppelin,
already actors on January 13th of an evening
of great success in the same place, have
been invited for the second time, and
it is the first time in the entire story
of the James Beard Foundation that a restaurant
with his Chef, moreover not Americans,
are invited to celebrate such a “unique”
evening for the second time in
the same year.
