Swordfish in Green Salsa

Ingredients (makes 4 servings):

  • 14 oz (0.88LB) diced swordfish
  • ½ a jar of Monini Green Olive Paste
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 10.5 oz (0.66LB) of fresh tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of unsalted capers
  • 2 tablespoons of Monini Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • a piece of celery
  • salt and pepper

 

Preparation

Brown the onion in Monini Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Add all the other ingredients and the swordfish. Cook over a very low flame until the fish is tender.
