Ingredients (makes 4 servings):
- 14 oz (0.88LB) diced swordfish
- ½ a jar of Monini Green
Olive Paste
- 1 sliced onion
- 10.5 oz (0.66LB) of fresh tomato
sauce
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted capers
- 2 tablespoons of Monini Extra
Virgin Olive Oil
- a piece of celery
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Brown the onion in Monini Extra Virgin
Olive Oil. Add all the other ingredients and the
swordfish. Cook over a very low flame until the
fish is tender.
