Add to a Fusilli Pasta
dish,
for a summer dinner
flavored with the unmistakable
taste of our FRUTTATO
Extra Virgin Olive Oil!
Ingredients
(makes 6 servings):

cup Italian Parlsey
3
garlic cloves
¼
cup FRUTTATO Extra Virgin Olive
Oil
salt
to taste
1
can of peeled tomatoes
1/4
tsp chili pepper flakes

Preparation
Wash the parsley and dry it. Peel the
garlic.. Mince the garlic and parsley together
also using a blender if you want.
Place the minced garlic and parsley in the serving
bowl and add the Fruttato Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
In a skillet pan place the tomatoes (crushed)
add salt and the chili pepper flakes. Let cook
over medium heat until the sauce starts to boil.
Remove from heat and add pour the sauce in the
serving bowl together with the Oil, garlic and
parsley. Set aside.
Bring salted water to boil and cook Fusilli al
dente, following the instructions on the package.
Drain the pasta and pour into serving bowl with
the parsley sauce; stir, add some more parsley
leaves for garnish and serve.
