| Fettuccine

Ingredients (makes 4 servings):
- 1 small onion
- Dried mushrooms
- white wine
- 2 tablespoons of Monini Black
Olive Paste
- 2/3 cup of heavy cream
- 14 oz. (0.88LB) Fettuccine Pasta
- pepper
- Monini Originale
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1.75 oz. (0.11LB) grated parmesan
cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- mayonnaise
- Monini Black

Preparation
Brown a small sliced onion in a wide
saucepan with Monini Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Add
water from time to time to prevent the onion from
burning and cook until golden.
Soak the dried mushrooms in water and mix with
the onion, add a small amount of white wine while
cooking.
After approx. 15 minutes add 2 tablespoons of
Black Olive Paste and add 2/3 cup of cream.
Add salt and allow to cook gently.
Drain the Fettuccine when still very firm and
place them in the saucepan with the sauce, adding
black pepper and the grated Parmesan cheese.
