Aquitaine has established itself as the premier French
bistro in the South End.
Inspired by Parisian neighborhood bistros, award-winning Aquitaine
offers an authentic French dining experience.
Executive
Chef/Owner Seth Woods has forged a path in the Boston restaurant
scene for his innovative, yet traditional French cuisine. The
décor is a rich blend of chocolate browns, mahogany and
taupes. Oversized windows divided by cream-colored organza curtains
overlook busy Tremont Street. Soft white globes of light are suspended
from the 15-foot-high ceiling. The room is lined with leather
booths on one side and a long banquette with white clothed tables
on the other, giving one a front-row view of the open kitchen.
French artwork, posters and mirrors decorate the space, which
is both romantic and sexy.
