Preparation
Spread ½ jar of the Artichoke
Patè with Olives inside the chicken. With
a fork, pierce the lemons and put them inside
the chicken.
Spread the rest of the Patè over the chicken.
In a covered saucepan place the Monini Extra Virgin
Olive Oil, the chicken, the broth and cook. Add
a little water every now and then, to prevent
the chicken from becoming too dry.
Serve hot.
