Mark
Strausman, Monini's spokeschef, will present
a menu of dishes created to show the full
flavor of the Monini oils.
Mark has owned and operated many succesfull
restaurants in New York City in the last
25 years, including Campagna, Cinghiale,
and Coco Pazzo.
He is currently the Executive Chef at Fred's
at Barneys and is also in charge of all
new Barney's expansion restaurants opening
soon in Dallas, Chicago and Los Angeles.
