Ingredients
(makes 6-8 servings):
- 1 lb of fresh bocconcini, drained
- 1 lb fresh roma tomatoes, diced
- 2/3 cup of Monini extra virgin
olive oil
- 3 fresh basil leaves, sliced into
thin strips
- 1 Teaspoon of dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 garlic clove

Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and let
marinate at least half an hour. Serve
with sliced italian bread.
