Monini “Il Primissimo” Extra Virgin Oilve Oil is harvested from the typical Umbrian tree varietals (Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino) planted in New South Wales in 2004 by the Monini family. Because of the geographic location in the Southern hemisphere, and the particular microclimate, this oil is pressed in April-May to arrive to our consumers during the Summer months. The rich Australian soil contributes to the wonderful balance of this product.

“Il Primissimo”, obtained with olives picked early in the ripening stage; has a fresh, grassy and intense aroma and taste, with a distinct almond aftertaste.
